Everything Rylie does on a call.
It answers, books the job, confirms it, writes down the ones who do not book, and hands over when it should.
It answers in your name and works from what you gave it.
Your hours, your prices, your rules. Rylie takes the call the way you would take it.

The callers who do not book still leave a card.
A price you have not set, or a callback on Tuesday. Rylie writes the card into the CRM you run.
Every card carries the reason, so you know what the callback is about.
Here is where it stops.
A wrong answer costs more than a missed booking. At the edge of what it knows, or when a caller asks for a person, Rylie puts the call through to the number you choose.
- It will not put a number on a job you have not priced.
- It will not cancel paid work or release a deposit.
- It hands over when a caller asks for you by name.
Every call leaves a transcript, a recording and a timestamp.
Every call is waiting for you in the portal.
The summary, the full transcript and how each call ended, next to every booking. On your phone or at your desk.
The portal lists every call with its outcome. T. Reyes's call, 2:14 long: Furnace out, no heat since the morning. Booked Thursday 8:00 AM with Maria at 214 Cedar. Confirmation sent.
Settings, team logins, locations, your plan, card and invoices sit in the same place.
Three ways to answer the phone.
| Front desk hire | Answering service | Rylie | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cost | A salary and payroll | A monthly fee | Quoted on the call |
| Hours of the week covered | 40 of 168 | 168 of 168 | 168 of 168 |
| Booking accuracy | Depends on the day | Rekeyed by hand | Reads live availability |
| Knows your business | After about three months | Reads a script | From the first call |
| Calls at once | 1 | 1 per operator | No limit |
The ones owners actually ask.
Does it sound like a robot?
No. Most callers do not ask. If someone asks directly, Rylie says it is an assistant and offers to get you.
What happens when it does not know the answer?
It says so, takes the details, and sends them to you. It does not guess.
How long does setup take?
About an hour. Connect your booking system, confirm your hours, and answer a short list of questions.
Can it use my existing number?
Yes. Forward your line, or forward only the calls you do not pick up. Your number stays yours.
What about calls I want to take myself?
You set the rules. Named callers or urgent jobs can ring you first and only reach Rylie if you do not answer.
What happens to the recordings?
Transcript and recording sit in your dashboard, attached to the call they came from, so you can check exactly what was said.
It is written for five kinds of business.
Each trade gets its own questions, its own bookings and its own refusals.
Hear it take a call of your own.
Create your Rylie, connect a calendar, and forward one line. It answers from there.
